Now, what in the world do I mean? Well, so many people get stopped investing in real estate simply because they think they’ve got to have access to a ton of money, and that it’s all about having that financing in place and being able to qualify for loans at the bank. What if I told you that’s absolutely not true, and the way that I buy my properties is to work with the sellers.

Now you got to have the right skills, you got to have the right what I call magic words, but the thing to know is that absolutely, it can work for you, you do not have to go to banks, you do not have to qualify for loans.
