Exit Plan Strategy for Properties

I actually take a step further than that by having the buyer in place even before the seller is in place. This is one of the things we will focus on during my three-day Millionaire Jumpstart event. Now what in the world does that mean? That means that when you go into a deal, you should always have an exit plan for that property. And what happens is that, I even go farther than that.
